14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part does not fit your vehicle or arrives damaged, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
- Part must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Parts damaged due to improper installation are not eligible
- Electrical components and special-order items are final sale unless defective
How to Return
- Email us at info@spautopart.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 1 business day
- Ship the part back to the address provided — return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the part was wrong or defective
- Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Wrong or Defective Parts
If we sent the wrong part or the part arrived defective, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find the right part for my vehicle?
Use the Find by Vehicle tool on the homepage — select your Make, Year, Model, and Variant. The catalog will show only parts guaranteed to fit your exact vehicle. You can also search by part number, OEM reference, or description.
Are your parts genuine OEM or aftermarket?
We carry both. OEM parts are made by the original equipment manufacturer (e.g. Bosch, ATE, Meyle, LUK). Aftermarket parts are quality alternatives that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Each product page clearly shows the brand and any OEM reference numbers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 3 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery times:
- Metro Manila: 7–8 business days
- Other locations: Additional time may apply depending on your area
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@spautopart.com. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified — you will need to use the returns process after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All card payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by PayPal, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
I ordered the wrong part. Can I exchange it?
Yes — contact us within 14 days with your order number and we will arrange an exchange for the correct part, subject to stock availability.
The part does not fit my vehicle. What do I do?
Contact us at info@spautopart.com. Please include your vehicle details (make, model, year, engine size) and the part number. If we listed the part incorrectly, we will cover the return and send the right one.
