2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual parts may vary slightly in appearance
  • Part compatibility information is provided in good faith. You remain responsible for verifying fitment using your vehicle registration or VIN number

3. Orders and Payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if a part is out of stock — you will be notified and fully refunded
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are secured by PayPal
  • By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment method used is authorised for your use

4. Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide via third-party couriers
  • Metro Manila orders typically arrive in 7–8 business days. Other locations may take longer
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or force majeure are outside our control
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the courier
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & FAQ policy. Summary:

  • 14-day return window for unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging
  • Defective or incorrect parts will be replaced or refunded at our expense
  • Electrical components and special-order items are final sale unless defective

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions — is the property of SP Auto Part or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • SP Auto Part is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of parts
